Was founded in 2022 by Zachariah Thomas Roland. With over 20 years of Customer Service and High Level Sales Experience, Zachariah has perfected a One of a Kind approach to Sales,Customer Service and Business Management Training. He started his career in 2004 as an Inside Sales Rep. making outbound phone calls to New and Existing customers. As he excelled on the phone and moved up the corporate ladder becoming V.P. of Inside Sales he saw the need and had the desire to learn more about what Outside Sales was all about. As he excelled in Outside Sales as well, and having sold over $100,000,000 over the course of his career he began writing down and fine tuning his Inside and Outside Sales approach. He compiled all of his data, knowledge and experience and begun reaching out to small and medium sized businesses and offering his ONE OF A KIND Customer Service / Sales Training COURSES. Sense beginning in 2022 ROLAND Sales Consulting has helped many small to medium sized businesses throughout the nation and is dedicated not only to improving Companies revenue but also improving peoples lives.
By the Numbers:
2004 – Zachariah started with Luskin-Clark Plumbing Heating and Air as an Inside Phone Sales Rep. making phone calls to new and existing customers trying to sell different services and becomes Inside Sales Manager within his first year by setting a record and booking over 2,000 service calls producing over $3.5 million dollars in sales.
2008 – Zachariah gets promoted as the New Inside/ Outside Sales Manager. Luskin-Clark changes its name to Reliance Home Services and grows to $15 million in annual revenue.
2012 – Zachariah gets promoted as the New Training and Implementation for the entire company. Reliance Home Services changes its name to Adeedo! Plumbing, Heating and Air and grows to $20 million in annual revenue.
2016 – Zachariah leaves Adeedo! and becomes the G.M. and National Training Director at Home Alliance and helps grow the company to record heights.
2022 – ROLAND Sales Consulting is launched by Zachariah Roland as a Family-Owned Sales, Service and Business Management Training Company. Dedicated to coaching, education and sharing within the residential and commercial service industry.
